Cavotec MSL – Inspired Engineering
Global engineering group, Cavotec MSL, sought our help to develop a new Web site and corporate portal.
Cavotec is a leading engineering solutions provider, supplying innovative and environmentally friendly systems to the ports and maritime, airports, mining and tunnelling, and general industry sectors.
As an integral element of the Group’s constantly evolving communications strategy, Cavotec needed to establish a new global Web presence and an internal communications portal.
Cavotec’s primary objectives were to build on the Group’s profile and accessibility with both the wider world – with the Web site – and its own personnel with the portal.
Following close development work and strategic planning with the client, we sought to highlight the inherently human and environmental benefits of Cavotec’s product range throughout the new Web site.
Cavotec also wanted to create a global site with language functions reflecting Cavotec’s international presence and especially broad product range.
The site includes 12 language options, detailed product descriptions and information on the Group.
To reflect the company’s position as an industry leader, we ensure the Cavotec site is technically advanced, both in terms of design and function. We are for example incorporating social media elements into the Cavotec homepage such as a blog featuring a Flickr function. The Web site itself includes a regularly updated company news and announcements section, as well as, a share price ticker that updates on a daily basis.
